Scripting, performance and interview skills are passed on to the children who have the opportunity to create their own production in the classroom.

Away from the studio John has been successfully conducting his Radio Awareness for Kids workshops throughout Primary Schools in Victoria since 1992.

 

Over 950 schools have now participated in Radio Awareness for Kids many have become “regulars”. R.A.K is a hands-on workshop designed to involve all children in discovering the wonderful world of radio through specially designed cooperative learning activities.
